What made me stay and study in my hometown
4 th year high school marks your final year in high school. This means you get to have a new life and a new start after graduation. Choosing a college degree could mean a lot to you, what more the school you get to go to. Everyone in my batch were really busy filling up the forms issued by the guidance office from different universities. It made me want to get one as well, but I was waiting for one university, the Xavier University. College has always been planned out for me already. Actually, my whole life has been planned out already haha! I don’t see any wrong with that though. But it somehow made me realize that everything could happen not the way you wanted it to. Like, I’ve once talked with my mom and dad about college when I was still like 3 rd year? Or 4 th year. It took me time to convince them in allowing me to go to XU. My father is the hardest to convince, because he wants to still look over me and everything(I know it sounds super strict and I feel babyish
